Miller had a breakout sophomore year as he was the only quarterback to lead his team to an undefeated season in 2012. The Buckeyes are now eligible for the Bowl Championship Series title game after serving NCAA penalties, meaning there’s going to be more attention on him. Coach Urban Meyer has called Miller the most dynamic athlete he has ever coached at quarterback. He’s 6-2, 220 pounds, runs the 40 in 4.36 seconds and can bench press nearly 400 pounds. His impressive rushing numbers — 1,271 rushing yards with 13 touchdowns — could take a hit as he becomes more comfortable as a thrower in his third year as a starter (he also threw for 2,039 yards and 15 TDs). That won’t matter to Heisman Trophy voters if he continues to post victories and has OSU in title contention.
