Adrian Hubbard

After recording over 100 tackles and 10 sacks in his senior season at Norcross High School in Lawrenceville, Georgia, Adrian Hubbard signed with Alabama in 2010 as one of the top defensive linemen the nation. ESPNU ranked him the number five defensive end, while Rivals.com ranked him tenth.

In his first year Hubbard played in nine games for Alabama and recorded nine tackles. His season high of two tackles came on the road against Florida.

Hubbard played in all of Alabama’s 14 games in the 2012 season and recorded 41 tackles along with 7 sacks. The SEC named him the defensive player of the week after his 12 tackles (career-best) against LSU in Baton Rouge.

Look for Hubbard to make a big impact for the Crimson Tide in 2013 and move on to the NFL following the season. He reportedly, considered declaring after the 2012 season, but decided against it. NFL analysts appear to be high on the junior linebacker; Bama fans should be, too.
